"I joined onto in March and I haven’t looked back... When I first started my subscription I didn’t know what to expect, I chose the Zoe ZE50 iconic and what a beauty it is to drive. This is my first electric car and wow it has made driving so much easier and enjoyable and the fact charging is included for free in my subscription along with my insurance, road tax and breakdown cover is even better. I’m a mum of two amazing children who have special needs this can make going out for essentials or even fun days out very difficult before we had a car of our own. Now thanks to onto we are having amazing adventures and making the best memories that we never had the luxury of doing before. I’m loving my experience so much that I’m currently in the process of upgrading my vehicle to the ZOE ZE50 GT line and if it’s anything like my current I know I will not be disappointed..."

"We always loved the idea of driving purely electric. [...] The ONTO customer service has been super helpful. Last week we got a new DS Prestige fresh off a production line. I needed to add myself to my husband’s subscription as a named driver and that was super simple too! No range anxiety whatsoever as there are plenty of charging points included in the subscription. It’s perfect for school pick-ups and drop-offs. Best thing about our EV is that our son Adam is extra keen to get into it to get to pre-school which makes our morning routine super quick and easy. Wins on all fronts!"

"ONTO are a real breath of fresh air. A company that actually listens to its customers and wants to give them the best possible experience. I have been with ONTO for a month now and nothing is ever too much trouble. I had a change in my shift pattern and needed to rearrange delivery twice and this was no problem at all. I was even able to swap to my preferred car colour when it became available. The only issue I could have ever commented on was that you didn't get the physical key and instead accessed the car via an app. Again, ONTO listened and all cars will now come with the key as standard. 10/10. Wish I'd joined sooner. [...] Onto have all that covered with unlimited free charging at superfast public charge points included in the price. Of course, headline lease deals will always seem cheaper but when you scratch beneath the surface, you find that you need to put down a huge deposit, take on a lengthy 24/36 month commitment, only drive 6,000 miles a year and get landed with a balloon payment at the end. Those seemingly cheap prices also don't include your insurance, servicing, tax or fuel costs. ONTO takes all that nonsense out of the equation and gives you absolutely everything in one simple affordable monthly cost with no deposit and no commitment. [...] There's a wide range of cars for all budgets and you can even swap to a different car each month if you get bored easily. ONTO also have a rewards program that gives you points for every pound you spend which you can use towards car swaps, delivery and even additional drivers. [...] Once you have an account, there is a message board that you can access with a whole community waiting to help with any questions you have. I have learnt so much already and look forward to helping others. There's no judgement so even if you feel like your question is silly (I know I did), don't worry. We were all new to electric one day. Trust me, you won't be disappointed :)"

"So, when it comes to reviews and a radically simple review at that, words need to be chosen carefully. But somehow, when thinking of ONTO, I am struggling to get “And now relax” out of my head. Maybe it was the ease at which I was able to set things up. Possibly, the very clear explanation given on a call with Andy from ONTO Business. Having the car delivered to the door and the uncomplicated handover certainly added to that feeling. Then the car itself. Electric. All new to me. Range anxiety. Which cable to use. Charging protocols. Apps v RFID. All new concerns. Drive. Smile. And now relax. ONTO seem to have it all covered. They removed my concerns about how it all works which allowed me to relax which is an essential mindset to adopt whilst driving an EV. You may need to change some of your old habits, your driving style and perceptions but ultimately what's not to like about arriving somewhere already relaxed."
